**Please note that if tracking shows an item as "delivered," I cannot replace or refund for free without going through the required process, as that isn't actually "free" for me. Often, my items are one of a kind, or something I have limited supplies to make. Once an item is in post office possession, I no longer have control. Items showing as "delivered" may have been misdelivered by the post office, or subject to mail theft/porch pirates. I spend a lot of time on my work and supplies, so on higher priced items, I usually include insurance. I cannot file a claim on my end for an item that shows "delivered." You will need to contact the post office on your end, where it shows "delivered," and file a claim. The post office will be able to use GPS tracking to confirm where your item was delivered. If their tracking confirms it was delivered, you will need to file a police report. I apologize for the inconvenience- I'm not a mass retailer of goods made overseas. I'm a solitary, Indigenous woman painstakingly crafting items by hand. In the past, I have spent many, many hours, replacing items at my own expense (time & money) only to later have been sent screenshots where people have scammed me. I have a family to take care of, and cannot afford to make double the items, without going through the required process, when tracking shows delivered. Qagaasakuq for understanding.
